Alexanderplatz
With more than 300.000 people coming here daily, the Alexanderplatz is one of the most visited places in Berlin.
Brandenburger Tor
The Brandenburger Gate is without a doubt Berlin's most famous sight. Until 1989 the gate was a symbol for a divided Berlin an Germany. Today it is a national symbol of unity and piece.
Fernsehturm
Berlin's famous television tower is 365 meters tall. The tower is open to the public and visitors can enjoy great food at the restaurant and enjoy the stunning view over the city from the observation platform.
Holocaust Memorial
The Holocaust Memorial is dedicated to the murdered Jews before and during the Second World War. The most known part of the Holocaust Memorial is the Field of Stelae which is streched over an area of 19 000 m2. By placing 2711 concrete blocks an attempt is made to let visitors understand the impact and size of the Second World War. In addition to the Field of Stelae there is an Information Center that provides visitors with background information over the Holocaust.
Potsdamer Platz
One of the most exciting places in Europe, the Potsdamer Platz is packed with bars, cafés and cinemas. Tens of thousands of people come here every day to experience the special mix of shopping, art and entertainment.
Reichstag
Since 1990 the Reichtstag is the residence of the Bundestag, the House of Representatives in Germany. The Reichtstag is open to the public and since 1990 more than 15 million tourists visited this building. Namely the roof terrace and dome are popular among the visitors.
